Curriculum Roundup

The first of many Curriculum round ups for sure! I do like checking out what everyone else is teaching. Stef over at Educating Layton had a link up this weekend. 
Here are the bones of our upcoming school year.
History, Literature, Writing, Fine Arts, Geography, Government.... 
Tapestry of Grace. (aka TOG) Year 2 Between Ancient and Modern


 Science and Bible Memory Work Classical Conversations 




Readers: We are still looking for if any at all and Handwriting I am sure we will use some sort of copy work. 
Whew... That would be 3rd Grade.
Curriulum I will be using for my other daughters are
Letter of the Week (LOTW)  from various sites and books
Delightful Reading and Hooked on Phonics
Baby & Tot School  for 2. 

hmmmm did I forget anything???

  1. Looks like a great year! We'll also be doing Letter of the Week (for my 3yo) and hope to get into more "formal" nature studies this year (to include a notebook).

  2. Looks great! we are using Delightful Reading with our 7 yo right now, and it's amazing how simple yet effective it is! glad to have popped over here from Educating Layton's link-up!
